The New YOUTH EDUTAINMENT LEAGUE (YEL) PROGRAM flourishes at Horace Mann Middle School. The pilot of our new YEL program has been received with open arms by the YWCA and Horace Mann Middle School. Enrollment in the program has tripled in attendance since it began in February of 2008.

Darius Farrelly - Visionary
Raised in Brooklyn and trained Nationwide,
Darius Farrelly has over 15 years of experience in various facets of the entertainment industry. He has been employed as a professional disc jockey; music & television producer; recording artist manager; and producer for many private industry events. He has gained national acclaim for delivering quality work, high profile product placement, and providing creative expertise by acting as a liason between the youth and Corporate America. Mr. Farrelly's work has been featured in many national publications, captured on film and seen on stages around the country. Through personal interaction & observation and a genuine interest in his clients & consumers, Mr. Farrelly formed and maintained great relationships that would allow him to propel his endeavors throughout the urban and general markets.
Karen Lewis
Karen Lewis displays absolute commitment and enthusiasm that contributes greatly to the success she has achieved in the world of PR. She has acquired and maintained exclusive contacts in both entertainment, corporate and media industries. As a self-taught publicist, she has an uncanny ability to develop sound strategies, create clever promotions, write concise and clearly, all while juggling many projects simultaneously. She has the ability to pitch ideas to key people in the media by using genial persuasion and "outside the box" strategies. Her dedication as a public relations/marketing exec and entrepreneur reflects a keen determination to meet her clients' needs.
Desmarie Guyton

Desmarie Guyton has proved her worth in the entertainment industry by working tenaciously on her goals and providing an overall quality to the positions that she was entrusted. During her 15 year tenure in the music industry, she has worked with some of the biggest artists in Pop, Rock, R&B and Hip Hop, using her skills in artist management, event production, and talent services. Ms. Guyton is perhaps the best example to illustrate the young, talented and capable class of workers in the entertainment industry today.
Kristin Han
New Business Affairs Manager, Kristin Han has been instrumental in forging new relationships with various strategic partners worldwide. Her first hand experience with the development of clothing and manufacturing projects from the original concept to completion has served as a valuable asset to DF Enterprizes. She is known around the business community for growing a creative idea into a viable consumer product. Her savvy business accumen, work ethic, and relationships have helped to grow the DF Brand.
Derrek Clarke
Derrek Clarke serves as our Director of Musical Production. He heads up original song and production projects, working closely with various song writers and producers under the DF umbrella. Mr. Clarke has gained valuable first hand knowledge of the music industry working at Motown records and has coordinated and executived produced projects working with the likes of New Edition, Jesse Powell, Whitney Houston and Faith Evans , to name a few.
